McCready Law has expanded its personal injury litigation team in Indiana with the hiring of Kellie Clark as an associate attorney in the firm's Indianapolis office. Clark represents individuals and families in personal injury cases and handles matters involving children, schools, institutional abuse, sexual assault, premises liability and animal attacks. Her addition brings both plaintiff-side expertise and defense-side foundation to the firm's practice, with Clark having tried cases to verdict including a federal jury trial.
Michael McCready, founder and managing partner of McCready Law, emphasized Clark's trial experience and client-focused approach. Clark is a trial lawyer who understands what clients carry into these cases and what it takes to move them forward. Her background in high-stakes litigation and focus on protecting vulnerable people will strengthen our work in Indiana. Her educational background includes earning a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Dayton School of Law, where she served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court and worked as a staff writer for the University of Dayton Law Review.
