Tim Spangler will speak during the session "Nuances of Litigation Against Government Entities of All Kinds." With more than 25 years of experience as a civil litigator, Spangler brings a unique perspective from his prior roles in insurance defense, as trial counsel, and as former chief counsel for the Sacramento Regional Transit District.
