Weber is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New York. She began her career as a trial attorney in Philadelphia, focusing on personal injury litigation, before establishing her own firm in 2001. Over the years, she has developed a broad practice encompassing family law, civil litigation, contracts, and labor law, providing her with a comprehensive perspective when representing clients in domestic disputes. Currently, she serves as a parent attorney for the Berks County Court of Common Pleas, where she advocates for the reunification of parents and children whenever appropriate.
Her career includes involvement in challenging and high-profile legal matters. She has advocated for victims of child sexual abuse while coordinating with prosecutors in New York and Massachusetts, contributed testimony supporting New York's 2019 Child Victims Act before the state's Codes Committee, and successfully represented mothers wrongfully accused of Munchausen by proxy, helping to reunite families. Additionally, she has served as a Continuing Legal Education instructor for NITA and PEG, presenting programs on evidence, trial advocacy, and related topics for attorneys.
